All patients are first scheduled for a 90 minute Initial Psychiatric Evaluation. Prior to the first appointment, you will receive an extensive questionnaire and rating scales which I will review prior to your appointment. Following the initial evaluation, I will work with you to develop a treatment plan. If we agree to ongoing treatment, the following services are available:
